The project consists of the remodel of an existing 3-story building. Work includes minor interior demolition of existing interior partitions and millwork so that the spaces can be reconfigured, new flooring, base and paint throughout.

Exterior work includes painting of the entire building; new curtainwall system at the main entrance and a steel and glass entry canopy; painting of existing aluminum glazing frames and modifications of the existing main stair tower to include aluminum composite panel sheathing and three-story slot-type windows.
