Interior market ready including renovation of six existing restrooms, construction of three new gender-neutral restrooms, and renovation of associated vestibule at restroom core. Scope also included removal and replacement of existing roof membrane and rooftop HVAC units – substantially modernizing the building’s systems. Finally, and most notably the scope included renovation of a large three-story glass and steel atrium lobby, which included new floor and wall finishes, painting of structural steel lattice, new lighting, glass guardrails, and misc. new architectural details.
