The 425 Page Mill Road project is located in Palo Alto slightly east of the historic El Camino Real. This 3-story mixed-used new construction building consists of one level of underground parking. South Bay Construction’s scope of work included 16 residential 1 & 2 bedroom apartments located on the second and third floors, offices on the second floor, retail on the ground floor, an open space residential courtyard, EV Charging Stations for residential and commercial tenants, and Bioretention Area at the back of property. In addition, this mixed use development consists of 3 affordable housing units.
