Akura 1st Floor:
First floor interior remodel of existing office space, work included demolition of partitions, doors, and ceilings, plumbing fixtures to make space for over 8,000sf of lab space including a 2,779sf ISO 7 lab, complete with 2 shipping and receiving areas and over 13,000sf of supporting office space including a breakroom, boardrooms, open office areas as well as an updated restroom core and new gender-neutral shower and restroom. The project also houses (2) compressors in a roof top “shed” structure.

Adona 2nd Floor:
Second floor interior remodel of existing office space, work included demolition of partitions, doors, and ceilings, plumbing fixtures to make space for over 8,000sf of lab space including a 2,200sf ISO 7 lab, complete with 2 shipping an d receiving areas and over 18,000sf of supporting office space including a RF Shielded Room, breakroom, boardrooms, open office areas as well as an updated restroom core and new gender-neutral shower and restroom. The project also houses (2) compressors in a roof top “shed” structure.
