Bascom Station

Bascom Station MOB is a 348,925-SF, 10-story shell-and-core medical office building developed by PMB in partnership with Santa Clara Valley Healthcare. The project includes two levels of below-grade parking totaling 88,793 SF with 583 stalls and is located adjacent to the VTA Bascom light rail station, supporting a transit-oriented, mixed-use environment. As part of the Bascom Station master plan, the medical office building helps catalyze a pedestrian-oriented neighborhood that seamlessly integrates healthcare, transit, and residential uses.
