Hamilton Mixed Use

Now known as Alvin’s Corner, this project consisted of two four-story mixed-use buildings over a subterranean parking garage. The mixed-use buildings have retail space and town home residential units on the ground floor and three-stories of multi-family housing above with private roof deck. The town homes feature large windows and modern, open floor plans.
