Omnicell

This project was a new construction of a 99,880-square-foot, three-story warm shell building, one-story parking structure, and complete interior build out. The design of the project is clean, bright, and modern. The building meets LEED Platinum certification. SBC also provided associated site work services, including surface parking, paved drives, expansive pedestrian walkways, and lush landscaping.
