SBC collaborated with Irvine Company during the design development phase to re-develope the site of out-dated manufacturing facilities into a retail center on Irvine Company’s 100 acre Master Development project. Santa Clara Square Marketplace’s design was inspired by Fashion Island (Newport Beach) and consists of seven high-end buildings which houses Whole Foods, top restaurants and shops all conveniently nestled alongside this new residential and commercial community.

The Project Team tackled extensive team collaboration during pre-construction and construction to be able to complete the project on time in spite of an overburdened City and sub-contractor man power market.
