South Bay Construction renovated part of the first and entire second floor for this client tenant adding new offices, conference rooms, service and IDF rooms, executive boardroom, classrooms and training facilities. All finishes were high-end and consisted of wood walls, graphic walls, open – architectural ceilings and clouds, and polished concrete floors.
