State of the art 227,500sf 6-story Class A office shell building with 360 degrees of floor to ceiling glass and 3-level underground parking structure. South Bay Construction teamed up with the client in 2007 to help budget and design-build the project but the recession put a halt to it all until 2014 when the first shovel hit the ground – and we were able to keep to our original budget from conception to boot!

Stadium TechCenter 1 is located in a prominent Santa Clara area, minutes away from Levi’s Stadium, the Santa Clara Convention Center, and Great America theme park. SBC also constructed some of the building’s amenities areas such as the café and fitness center. The building is qualified for LEED Silver.
