The Yard

The Yard consists of renovations to a two-building complex that includes a complete face lift to the exterior and interior. The building design has contemporary industrial architecture that incorporates reclaimed bricks, exposed structural steel, perforated metal panels, and glass at the building exteriors. The landscape and courtyard with a “beer garden” also has similar architectural features. The industrial style is repeated throughout the interior, showcasing brick, metal and reclaimed wood. The client wanted the building to stand out among all the other building renovations in the area. The Yard is sure to attract many potential tenants!

The Yard won the AIA Santa Clara Valley 2016 People’s Choice Award.
