As part of a larger development in the Great Oaks and Edenvale neighborhoods, we revitalized the old Hatachi Land lot by adding seven wood-frame and three masonry buildings. This 300,000 square feet retail center features dining, shopping and entertainment shops and hosts tenants such as Target, Ulta, Starbucks, and Panera Bread.
