Wave

This tenant improvement project in Campbell was built for Wave Computing, an artificial intelligence database infrastructure company. It included 40,175 square feet of new conference rooms, server rooms, labs, break rooms, a boardroom, washroom and shower facilities, and open offices. The renovations were done inside of a historical landmark building constructed in 1983 by the Campbell Fruit Growers Union. The design aesthetic seamlessly combines old elements such as exposed brick and reclaimed wood with current TI trends like exposed steel and wood beams, polished concrete floors, and sliding barn doors.
