In a year filled with new technologies, new opportunities, and new challenges, we at South Bay Construction went above and beyond to deliver every project on time, on budget, and most importantly, ahead of expectations.
2016 has been an incredible year, and we want to thank you for being a part of it. From overcoming challenges like completing a construction project with a pre-recession budget, to growing new partnerships with architects and architectural firms, our successes have gone beyond just building buildings.
By building stronger relationships with the people we work with, we were able to succeed like never before. We worked hard to gather information and data to better work with those that we do business with. From informational interviews, to insightful surveys, we were able to better understand what our partners need, and where we need to take our business in the future.
In a continued effort to innovate and grow, we dug deep into emerging research surrounding new technologies to analyze their impact on the ever-changing-world of construction. Beyond connected workflows through BIM software, we were able to incorporate research on augmented and virtual reality, connected job site via mobile integration, and the growth in smart buildings construction. While new technology can be daunting, these new opportunities represent a bright future for us at South Bay Construction.
Beyond strengthening new relationships, and examining new innovative opportunities, we were able to sharpen our tried and true methods for delivering our projects on time, on budget, and ahead of expectations. 2016 proved to be another successful year and we couldn’t have done it without the amazing work of our incredible clients and hardworking team members.
